Hyperbaric oxygen therapy treats patients at pressure in an atmosphere of pure oxygen. Every service around the chamber, the gas supply, the pipework, the controls, the fire strategy, is engineered for that, and the installation had to go in without disturbing the clinical floors around it.
The work
We installed the HAUX Quadro 2700-2200 multiplace chamber with its control desk and monitoring, and ran the copper medical gas pipework, oxygen storage, and plant that feed it. The chamber was commissioned and handed over as a working department.
