A data centre is an MEP project with a building around it. Every path that feeds a rack has a second one beside it, so any chiller, UPS, or switchboard can be taken out of service with the hall at full load. The reference design below is a 1 MW Tier III facility for a 50°C Eastern Province afternoon, built in seven layers.

Our proposals come from engineers, not estimators: the load study, the plant selection, and the coordination model are done before the price is fixed, so the programme rests on a design that will pass commissioning. The crews who build the structure install the systems, and the engineers who priced them witness the tests.

Cooling an open terrace in a Gulf summer is an engineering problem, not a guess. Every scheme is modelled first, built with kit chosen for the heat, and proven on site against the model.
