A five-star operator's brand standards reach every system in the building: guest comfort, kitchen extract, laundry, life safety. On a tower this means marrying those standards to the physics of a high-rise, where risers are precious and every service fights for the same shafts.
The work
The mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and ELV packages were delivered as one coordinated scope, from the basement plant through the tower risers to the roof. Hotel floors run on repeating service modules, which is what keeps quality consistent from level 5 to level 25.
